member's guide on how to use this forum(important)

alright, i'm going to keep it sweet & simple..

this forum is open to all whether you stay in kk, keningau, sandakan, sabah, KL, or you might not even be malaysian, you may use this forum to communicate with other people who do parkour/freerunning/tricking/streetstunts, etc... just make sure you post yr topics in the right topic..

let's keep this forum clean and positive for the benefit of all member's..
1) no foul language(you will be permanently banned!)

2) search for the topic yr looking for before posting a new topic, otherwise there will be two of the same topic and you will be banned! LOL..

3) use this forum to share ideas and knowledge and not be boastful/proud to let others down.. "help one another.." any member's who portray bad attitude will be permanently banned!

.. in short, all member's of this forum will portray positive attitude, and a good example to one another..
