recommended shoes

Im currently using the no brand amporlo shoes

apparently its a Track shoes. light and Little sole

The sole shape is a human feet with triangles for the grip.
Its comfy for a start!

yup i,ve seen amporlo shoe. yes this is not very popular shoe BUT its quite good though.

amporlo n power is my last choice n i choose power instead Razz

if you could please do tell me what kind of shoes that is good for free running and parkour?

whatever shoe is fine..
parkour is free, u can use barefeet to parkour even..

things to look for in parkour shoes:
comfort
grip
safety
cheap!

me n some frens use 'feiyue'.. they're well known and widely used parkour shoes in the UK and some other countries..
