its all in yr mental.. mau jdkan kecederaan halangan? cabaran...? just imagine when yr caught in an emergency n u hve to do parkour, or fight... but bdn kita cedera n x bole parkour/berlawan... how would u parkour then? ...... so we also hve to train parkour in a situation where we're injured n difficult to move..
try to understand the mentality of the ppl who created the crazy moves... (dashbomb/monkey-gainers, etc.)... its calld a crazy move bcause the ppl who created it is crazy....
