For me, its kinda feel a little afraid and really2 need to be careful when training. feels bit scary yeah!!!

well, everything has risk... even when we walk there's a risk of tripping n falling..

... it all comes down to being careful.. if yr scared to do s'thing, dont do it.. fear is an ally/ yr fren;) it exist to let u know to b careful.. when yr ready to do s'thing, yr body will let u know n u will b confident to do it... but when u wanna do the move, make sure u commit 100% on it, otherwise it wont b pretty... renung2kan dan selamat beramal...

Yup thats right frez, fear is our ally, if we can overcome our fear and put your mind into doing something(anything) then we can accomplish anything with minor or without injuries at all.
But, fear can be enemy if we cannot overcome it and run from it...
